WELCOME TO CANYON LAKE HILLS

On behalf of the Canyon Lake Hills Property Owners Association (CLHPOA) Board of Directors, welcome! We look forward to meeting and getting to know our property owners. We have almost 2,500 properties in this wonderful community, which means our POA is one of the largest in the state of Texas.
 
CLHPOA is governed by a board of volunteer directors who are elected by the community. The Board is responsible for overseeing daily operations and financial management of the Association, and for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and guidelines in accordance with the Deed Restrictions.

Swim Season is Nearly Here!

Good news, swimmers! The Board has voted to open the pool early this year — starting Saturday, May 16 instead of the usual June 1, for property owners who pay their dues early. Read on for the details!

Canyon Lake Hills Water Main Replacement

This week, Texas Water Company crews will continue trenching down Paradise and begin laying down 12-inch pipe at the intersection of Lighthouse and Robinhood. Contractors will post door hangers on all doors that are slated for driveway cuts the next day.

Note that during water main switchover and other times, TWC may turn off the water to your property. They indicate that they will call affected property owners in advance, but you may want to plan ahead for water needs. If we receive an alert, we will email the community with any information we receive from TWC.
